MAS Terms and Conditions:
  • All quotes do not cover any cosmetic work required as a result of an installation or replacement.
  • Any additions or alterations to quotes may incur further charges.

In the event of cancellation one of the following will apply:
  • Should the appliance part have been specially ordered for you, and cannot be returned, the customer agrees to pay, as liquidated damages a sum equal to 100% of the total purchase price.
  • Should the appliance part be able to be cancelled or returned to the supplier, freight charges may apply. These freight charges will be passed on to the customer.
  • Cancellations must be in writing to admin@micksacservices.com.au or 28 Fenwick Street Gracemere, Qld 4702.
 
Terms of payments are COD terms where:

Deposits are required for:
1. Where an air-conditioning unit is supplied by Mick’s AC Services a 50% deposit (a/c unit price only) is required prior to installation – the a/c will not be ordered until this payment is received. If the air-conditioner is a special order and cannot be utilized for other work, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Where parts/materials to be supplied by Mick’s AC Services total more than $400, a 50% deposit (of part price only) is required prior to repair – the part will not be ordered until this payment is received.

  • The Remaining Balance is to be paid on completion of the job – final payment is required within 3 days from the date of the tax invoice.
  • Title to the goods does not pass until the account has been fully paid.
  • Interest may be charged on overdue accounts and the overdraft interest rate charged by our Bankers from time to time. In addition, any collection charges, legal expenses and Commissions incurred in attempting to recover payment shall be payable by the customer.
 
Further Information:
Please be aware that some parts become discontinued without warning, particularly on older units.

In the case that one of the parts required cannot be sourced then the system cannot be repaired. If this does occur, then the best we can do is to offer to quote to replace the system.

Also, please be aware that for some parts to be diagnosed other parts need to be in working condition, so faults may not be picked up upon first diagnosis. Although this is the case, it is rare for this to occur, we require customers to be aware that this can happen.
